INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ½ Packets of Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 2 ½ cups of silk cashew milk
  • ½ tub of Sodelicious Lite Coco Whip
  • 1 package of Immaculate Pie Dough

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350. Mix pudding and cashew milk till evenly incorporated and put on the fridge to set. (use handheld whisk. for ease) – Then unfold one package of pie dough and lay in a pie pan and bake it till golden brown (12-15 min).

After letting the pie shell cool in the fridge. Take out pudding mix and add 1/2 tub of lite coconut whip to it and set in the fridge. As ingredients are chilling, roll out the remaining package of pie dough and make creative shapes or a lattice top for your pie. ( I made stars and curly stripes) – you can create whatever you feel!

Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes and then leave to cool. Finally, add the pudding mix to the chilled pie shell and add your creative decor on top!
